RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND SELECTION

Before deployment, it is mandatory for all our personnel to undertake a basic security induction which impacts the necessary skills to perform duties. This covers power of arrest, public relations and documentation, communication and its significance, liability/ legal aspects, handling difficult people at work place, crowd control etc.

SELECTION

Utmost attention is given to recruitment in accordance to stringent parameters laid by the company. These include education, age, physical fitness and background. All employees are subjected to rigorous vetting where all security personnel will be thoroughly screened and verified through police record before selection. Furthermore Rock safe is responsible for verification and background checks on service records of each employee. Complete details of place of residence, references, photographs, fingerprints and employment history will be kept on record.
